James Dornan

Project Director

Mr Dornan has more than 15 years’ experience working within the mining and resources sector, across a range of commodities, for both private and public companies.

Focused on the development of mining projects, he has taken projects from the study phase through construction and in to operation. He has a strong background in environmental approvals and the technical studies required to support financing of mining projects. As part of his most recent role, he was a member of the team that successfully executed the Joint Bid Transaction Implementation Deed for the sale of Azure Minerals Limited for ~A$1.70 billion.

Mr Dornan has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame Australia and is a member of AusIMM.
